Wholesale Information

At ILI Designs our goal is to ensure buyers success by providing jewelry that is innovative and original. Most of the wholesale items are limited edition or one-of-a-kind pieces.

Register for buyer status at salesga@ilidesigns.com and provide contact information, store name, address, phone and fax number and tax identification number. Upon verification ILI Designs will contact you regarding your status.

Minimum Order Requirements

Initial order is $300. Reorders in the same season are $100 min.

Trunk Shows

We love getting to know you and your customers. You can test new designs with no commitment to purchase by hosting a trunk show. In addition we offer a 30 day "test and return" option for established customers - we send you new designs totry in your store for 30 days, purchase what you like and return the rest (only responsible for return postage/insurance).

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from time order is placed.

Payment Terms

We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. 20% is charged 30 days prior to order being shipped, remainder is charged when order is shipped (3 days prior).

Return Policy

Due to the fact that each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, please understand that all sales are final and no returns are allowed. All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Any jewelry damaged or broken may be returned for complimentary repair. The jewelry will be returned at ILI Design's expense. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company. UPS Ground service is the preferred method of shipping. Shipping charges are provided at checkout.
