- We have a $700.00 or 8 piece minimum for initial orders.
- $300.00 minimum on re-orders.
Shipping
We will ship your order in 2 to 4 weeks unless requested otherwise. Delivery can be up to 6 weeks during our busy season (September - November) so we encourage you to plan ahead and order early. We ship via Fed-Ex express or ground.
Repairs
We stand by the quality of our work and will repair free of charge any piece that is defective in workmanship or materials within 1 year of the order date. We are happy to replace a lost earring if your customer still has the other one. Since all of our pieces are handmade and vary slightly you will need to ship to us the mate so that we can match it.
Payment Methods
We are a small US based business and purchase all materials for orders up front. We require payments upfront either by check/money order. On large orders ($2,000+) we can offer 50% at 30-day term and 50% up front.
We ask for payments via check, but understand that sometimes Credit card is the only option, so we will work with you and will share processing costs between us. Any order cancellation must be made within 48 hours of order placement, after that we begin purchasing/order processing. Please understand that we have to purchase stones 24-48h after orders are written in order to meet 2-4week turn around commitment, so please make your decision about cancellation within 48h or we will have to bill you for the materials procured.
Trunk Shows
We love getting to know you and your customers. You can test new designs by hosting a trunk show. We will offer your customers beautiful options and many one of a kind designs. All we ask is to advertise the upcoming event to create a great attendance so we all benefit from the event - we will provide any information/files, etc. Standard agreement: Anna's travel expenses are shared (Ex: flight/hotel), 50/50 split on all sales from the trunk show.
In addition we offer a 30 day "pick-box" option for established tier 1 and 2 customers - we send you new designs to try in your store for 30 days, purchase what you like and return the rest (only responsible for return postage/insurance). Our Policy on Returns / Exchanges
At Anna Balkan Designs our goal is to ensure your success by providing jewelry that is innovative and original. Many of the wholesale items are limited edition. When we take an order we trust you to choose items that will appeal to your customers. You are the expert here. But what if you guess wrong? We don’t want our pieces to sit forlornly in your case. We want you to stock your cases with items that you love, and that you love to sell.
If you are not happy with an item we will be happy to work with you on an exchange. We want you to know that processing a merchandise return involves a lot of work - inspecting the piece, cleaning and polishing it, repackaging it and returning it to stock or discard, not to mention looking up the old invoice and issuing a credit memo.
This is a long preamble to our returns policy:
1. All returns must be authorized, either by your sales rep or by our office.
2. Returns for quality problems must be made within 10 days of your receipt of the order. We will replace the item.
3. All returns not for quality issues will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
4. Pieces to be returned must be in salable condition and not more than 1 year old.
5. Credit will be issued based on the price you originally paid for the item.
6. Special orders are not returnable.
