We love getting to know you and your customers. You can test new designs with no commitment to purchase by hosting a trunk show. In addition we offer a 30 day "test and return" option for established customers - we send you new designs totry in your store for 30 days, purchase what you like and return the rest (only responsible for return postage/insurance).

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 weeks from time order is placed.
We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. 20% is charged 30 days prior to order being shipped, remainder is charged when order is shipped (3 days prior).
Due to the fact that each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, please understand that all sales are final and no returns are allowed. All jewelry is guaranteed against defective workmanship. Any jewelry damaged or broken may be returned for complimentary repair. The jewelry will be returned at ILI Design's expense. If the jewelry is damaged in transit, please contact the shipping company. UPS Ground service is the preferred method of shipping. Shipping charges are provided at checkout.
