All jewelry is made to order, so please consider that as you place your order. If the item you ordered does not meet your expectations, I will gladly offer an exchange option within 14 days of purchase (please notify anna@ilidesigns.com prior to returning the item to receive the exchange credit). No exchanges on used items.
In case you have a problem with any ILI Designs jewelry, I will gladly repair the item free of charge on any items purchased within the past 90 days.
Please allow 1 week for your order. In most cases your order is shiped in 2 days. If you are looking for a faster delivery, please notify anna@ilidesigns.com so I can make your order a priority.
